Event Description:
Come move through a variety of gentle yoga poses, all based out of a chair! These seated and standing poses use the support of a chair to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. This class also includes breathing practices to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. This class is open to all - whether yoga on the floor is too strenuous, you're looking for exercises to do at your office chair, or you're looking for a new yoga option! Chair Yoga is a gentle class and suitable for adults of any age or fitness level.
