Enjoy this re-introduction to Heritage Cuisine Classes as part of Healthy New Albany's Nourish program! We are so excited to begin our journey into Heritage Cuisines with a trip to Mexico. Join instructors Eileen Pewitt and Gabriella Lopez for this relaxed, fun, and hands-on class. We will share our love of Latin America through both demonstration and hands-on learning of a Lopez Family Favorite, Green Enchiladas and Mexican Rice.
