SUMMARY:2024 Summer Concert Series: Battle of the DJs
DESCRIPTION:The City of New Albany is proud to present the 2024 Free Summer Concert Series at the Hinson Amphitheater!\n\n\n\nIn collaboration with the New Albany Dance Festival\, we invite everyone to get on their feet and "Just Dance!" The evening begins with line dance lessons from 7 to 7:30 p.m. and then the dance party begins. Our two DJs will play hits from around the world and across the decades as we get "Footloose" in New Albany! Building on the success of the City of New Albany's 2023 Summer Concert Series that featured three performances with an estimated attendance of 900+\, we have secured four acts to entertain City residents and visitors.\n\n\n\nAll concerts will take place on select Thursday evenings at the Hinson Amphitheater from 7 - 8:30 p.m. following the New Albany Farmers Market. Concertgoers are encouraged to visit the farmers market and local Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) establishments to purchase food and drink to bring into the amphitheater. The concert series is offered at no charge and open to the public.
