DESCRIPTION:Moving with Purpose is a group exercise class specifically designed for individuals who have Parkinson's Disease.\n\n\n\nThe intermediate level class is for those who experience balance issues\, have had any falls in the past year\, require use of an assistive device some or all of the time\, have other health conditions (orthopedic issues\, cardiopulmonary\, etc) that may limit ability to perform high intensity exercise for a full 60 minute class.\n\n\n\nThis is the preferred class for those who have never taken Moving with Purpose previously. Modifications will be made for individuals of all functional abilities to partake in this class. Please have a family member/friend attend with you to help be sure you don?t lose your balance.
