You will explore the origins of reiki\, the reiki principles\, the human energy system\, hand positions for self treatment\, and practice giving and receiving reiki.\n\n\n\nParticipants who complete training will receive Level 1 Reiki Certification (which allows them to provide reiki to others). Reiki is an energy therapy that activates the body's natural healing process\, balancing one's physical and emotional well-being.
