In 1994 Fady and his wife Sally opened the first Aladdin's Eatery in Lakewood\, Ohio. Inspired by the belief that "food is a philosophy\," Fady made educating his guests about the restaurant's unique cuisine his foremost passion. So Aladdin's began with perfecting the basics like hummus\, falafel\, and shish kabob\, and introducing new items with a focus on healthier Lebanese foods. The restaurant's popularity took hold\; soon the second Aladdin's Eatery opened in Cleveland Heights.\n\n \n\nOver the past three decades\, Aladdin's Eatery has grown to include more than 30 locations providing healthy Lebanese-American cuisine to guests in four states.
