DESCRIPTION:Help us beautify Blendon Woods Metro Park! We will have two activities - collecting trash from around Thoreau Lake\, and pulling garlic mustard to help our native wildflowers. Be prepared to get muddy\, expect poison ivy\, and you will probably want to bring work gloves\, water\, and maybe even sunscreen. If you have children\, we highly recommend choosing the garlic mustard activity\, as cleaning up around the lake will be off-trail and involve bushwhacking. Feel free to call Jamie at 614-895-6221 for more info. (Limited gloves\, water and snacks will be provided.)
