This is an opportunity to not only clean up\, but also promote your own personal wellness and connect with local parks. Perfect for co-workers\, families with school-aged kids\, book clubs... it's really a perfect opportunity for anyone to come and serve our community. Volunteers will meet at the Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St)\, on the outdoor patio. After a short orientation\, we will divide into groups and cleanup nearby outdoor areas. When your group has finished\, volunteers are invited to meet back at the Heit Center for refreshments. Thank you to the City of New Albany Public Service Department's Roadside Cleanup Program for partnering on this cleanup day and for providing us with all of the necessary equipment!!
