SUMMARY:Community Healing Project: Ukraine
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a collaborative fundraising event hosted by Healthy New Albany and Wellbeing Connection at the beautiful venue space of Jorgensen Farms Oak Grove. It will be an evening of healing and connection dedicated to and benefiting the people of Ukraine. 100% of the funds raised will go to Nova Ukraine\, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid.\n\n\n\nLori Bower will take us through a 90 minute session including gentle movement\, calming breath practices and heart expanding meditations. During savasana (final resting pose)\, we will experience the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls played by Sandra Solano of Integro. This session will invite a sense of peace and calm into our lives allowing us to settle our bodies and quiet our minds.\n\n\n\nNo experience is necessary and all are welcome. We simply ask that you come with an open heart and generosity of spirit. A minimum donation of $20 is requested. We'd like to thank Lori Bower and Sandra Solano for donating their time and healing energy\, and Jorgensen Farm for donating their beautiful venue space.
