DESCRIPTION:Come enjoy our "Community Kitchen" class! This month's theme is "Ancient Grains: The Power of Einkorn Grain 3 Different Ways: From Wheat Berry to Dessert". Our Food Pantry staff will be joined by Leona Vrbanac who will demonstrate  grinding of einkorn wheat and make some yummy grain-based foods!\n\n\n\nLeona Vrbanac is a Family Consumer Science teacher for Newark High School. Ms. Vrbanac worked together with her students and the Newark Community to create the Sanctuary Garden at Newark High School. Bringing community together  our Community Kitchen cooking classes\, put on by skillful instructors from the New Albany Food Pantry\, are all about providing nourishment for the body AND the soul. Come try new recipes and cooking techniques in a relaxed\, hands-on\, and fun environment!
