DESCRIPTION:The Community Open Kitchen cooking class provides food for the soul through both inspirational cooking and hospitality in the true sense of the word. Join us in the Healthy New Albany kitchen to try new recipes and cooking techniques in a hands-on\, relaxed environment that is as much about loving your neighbors as it is about cooking. This class is offered in partnership with the New Albany Food Pantry and $25 from every $30 registration helps support their mission of making good food available to everyone. This month our topic is: Culture Cuisines: Flavors of Thailand and features guest speaker Mesarat Grimm. She'll lead participants in cooking Egg Rolls\, Pad Thai\, and maybe some Green Curry too! Note: $25 of every $30 participant fee goes directly to the New Albany Food Pantry. You may choose to make a larger donation when you register for the class. 100% of any additional donations go directly to the NA Food Pantry.
