This session also explores the benefits of diversity in the workforce as well as effective ways to achieve a safe and equal workplace.\n\n\n\nMonthly Diversity\, Equality & Inclusion Training in 2021\n\nThe New Albany Chamber of Commerce invites Chamber members and the New Albany community to attend monthly Diversity\, Equality & Inclusion Training sessions in 2021. The sessions are free and can be attended as stand-alone events or consecutively.\n\n \n\nWhy this training now? We want to help our member businesses and organizations create or improve inclusive\, respectful workplaces. This training will help us all overcome unconscious bias\, embrace diversity\, and create a supportive culture in our workplaces.\n\n\n\nAbout Citywide Training & Development (CTD)\n\nThe training will be facilitated by Citywide Training & Development (CTD)\, a division of the City of Columbus Human Resources Department.
