As a young adult\, Eric was homeless and addicted to heroin\, but he has found a way to rebuild a life worth living. \n\n\n\nEric hosts an award-winning podcast and has interviewed nearly 200 experts on how to create a life worth living. Eric has also coached hundreds of people from around the world for over 20 years surrounding topics related to sustainable behavior change in their lives.
