DESCRIPTION:"I Am Thriving" is an innovative and comprehensive experience to empower cancer survivors. This 8-week\, peer-supported\, community-based program includes four components: \n\n1. Individualized wellness coaching sessions\n\n2. A weekly educational meeting on various topics\n\n3. A twice-weekly group-based exercise program\n\n4. Complete access to the Health and Fitness Facility throughout the 8-week program. \n\n\n\nThis is exclusively designed for women who are cancer survivors. This program is put on in partnership with: Healthy New Albany\, and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center?s Health and Fitness Center.
