Allow our experienced instructor\, Lori Bower\, to teach how to meditate\, and  incorporate meditation into your daily routine. \n\n\n\nLori has studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reductions through Duke Integrative Medicine and completed Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Cyndi Lee. She has also studied The Power of Mindfulness with Jack Kornfield\, and is currently teaching Mindfulness in Motion through the OSU Center for Integrative Medicine
