The Ohio State University law professor makes the case that the United States' current criminal justice system policies can be traced directly back to slavery.  Those targeted now\, as they were then\, are African Americans. In this lecture\, Ms. Alexander will talk about her book\, The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness. Tickets are $7 for adults and are available now. Students may attend the lecture for free\, but must reserve a ticket in advance.
