DESCRIPTION:Get ready to channel your inner bread baker!\nJoin the New Albany Young Professionals Thursday\, February 6\, 2020\, 5:30pm   7:30pm at the Philip Heit Center for an Artisan Bread Making Demonstration workshop for YPs presented by the New Albany Food Pantry. Chef Eileen will teach you the proper mixing\, kneading and bread baking techniques to make delicious artisan breads at home. Whether you are a seasoned chef or a beginner\, you'll enjoy this inspiring demonstration and get some hands-on experience kneading and baking.\n \n\nBreak bread\, mingle with fellow YPs\, make new friends and enjoy light appetizers and specialty Watershed cocktails. Your $5 class fee includes class instruction\, light appetizers\, 2 drink tickets\, and a raffle ticket for prize drawings.
