SUMMARY:New Albany Independence Day Run and Walk
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate our country's independence with a race to benefit the New Albany Symphony Orchestra and LifeCare Alliance.  The inaugural New Albany Independence Day Run and Walk will take place on July 4\, 2013 at Market Square in the heart of New Albany beginning at 8:00 a.m.  \n\n	\n\n	The schedule includes:\n\n	\n		\n			6:45 a.m. On-site registration begins\n		\n			8:00 a.m. Firecracker Fun Run for Kids\; all ages welcome.  There will be a 200 Yard Dash for ages 2-15 and a 20 Yard Dash/Crawl for 0-24 months.\n		\n			8:15 a.m. Independence Day Run and Walk 5K (3.1 mile) for adults and kids begins\n		\n			10:00 a.m. The New Albany Independence Day Parade and Festival begins. The parade starts at the middle school and proceeds into Market Square. \n	\n	A complimentary childcare section will be provided by The Goddard School during the 5K.\n\n	 \n\n	RACE FEES are $30 through June 10 and $35 June 11 through the day of the event.  There is a $10 discount for participants ages 15 and under.  Runners\, walkers\, and strollers are welcome.  5K participants will receive a technical t-shirt\, and Kids Run participants will receive "4th of July flair."\n\n	Click here to edit...
