In this Nourish culinary class\, "The Science of Ice Cream"\, 4th - 6th grade students\, and their adults\, will learn some basic science behind one of our favorite treats - ice cream! We will all scream for ice cream in hand made cones and with fruit skewers. The class will also provide a basic introduction to some of the skills that are taught during our Cooking for Life Classes in the Demonstration Kitchen at Healthy New Albany.
