DESCRIPTION:The Summer of Zen series incorporates the holistic benefits of our Urban Zen class along with a special guest topic. In June\, come experience Urban Zen and the beautiful sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls as we immerse ourselves in both healing practices to sooth the mind\, body and soul. Urban Zen at the Heit Center is taught by Lori Bower\, M.Ed.\, E-RYT 500\, and consists of a blend of gentle movements\, restorative yoga poses\, aromatherapy\, reiki\, breath practices and guided meditation leaving you feeling calm\, relaxed and revitalized. Note: Registration opens Saturday\, May 19 at 8:00am. Attendees should bring a yoga mat and one or two light blankets with them to each class (for maximum comfort during the class). Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for free range of motion.
