Allow the rhythmic sounds of nature to promote relaxation and bring you into a reflective state\, as Lori Bower leads you through restorative yoga postures\, breath work\, meditation\, and essential oils. This unique practice will invite space and clearing within to balance your mind\, body and spirit. Open to everyone - no yoga experience necessary.

LOCATION:Rose Run Park (in the grassy area near Dublin-Granville Rd - just east of Raines Crossing bridge). Parking is available behind the Philip Heit Center (150 W. Main St).
