This program is ideal for people in current management and leadership roles as well as those who aspire to those positions. Anyone responsible for driving innovation\, managing projects\, and leading people\, while depending on remote workers to achieve important goals\, should make it a priority to participate in this workshop.\n\n\n\nAfter years of committed\, purposeful effort\, Dr. Sun now has two doctoral degrees\, one in Psychology and another in Business Management\, along with vast experience as a consultant\, researcher\, educator\, and public speaker in Asia\, Africa\, Europe\, and the US. A global entrepreneur\, Dr. Sun recently launched and built two universities: Transcontinental Institute of Higher Education (based in Europe) and Transcontinental University (based in Central Ohio).\n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, Dr. Sun will be sharing his well-earned expertise\, helping each of you become better at overcoming some of the people-related challenges of creating great results while leading remotely.
