DESCRIPTION:Discover what lives in these secret forest swamps. We will hike 2 miles of off-trail to visit a few of the many vernal pools that provide habitat for salamanders and frogs at Rocky Fork. The hike is over flat ground but may be very wet and muddy. Please wear waterproof shoes or boots! This event is neither stroller nor dog friendly. Meet at Rocky Fork Bulletin Board. This program is put on by the Metro Parks\, in partnership with Healthy New Albany.
