A Fall Inward Retreat
A Fall Inward Retreat is a deeply reflective and restorative experience designed to help participants turn their focus inward as the autumn season unfolds. We will experience the healing sounds of crystal alchemy bowls while resting in restorative postures, gather around the bonfire for the ancient practice of fire scrying to connect with season and self. We will integrate these practices and celebrate as community sharing a light supper.
