Learn how to plan and prepare plant-based meals using nutrient rich fruits, vegetables and grains. This 6 week class will focus on knife and culinary skills to prepare a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and grains which will give participants the confidence to plan, shop for and prepare healthful and delicious meals.
