Join us for this six-part cooking series designed to bring the Latin American Diet Pyramid to life! Participants will discover the major foods of the plant-based pyramid and to learn how to easily prepare them. The series will include an introduction to the vibrant history, culture, and nutrition of Latin American heritage foods, and a guide to adapting Latin American eating patterns to modern life. We welcome anyone to attend as the Latin American Diet Pyramid teaches habits that are useful for everyone!
