Cops & Bobbers
The New Albany Police Department invites kids ages 5 to 15 to take part in the second annual “Cops & Bobbers” fishing derby! The event will take place at the Bevelhymer Park pond (corner of Bevelhymer Road and Walnut Street) from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 27, rain or shine. Awards will be given for the largest fish, smallest fish, and most fish! The event features free grilled hotdogs, bait (while supplies last), NAPD’s child ID booth, and the police drone. Please bring your own fishing gear. We hope to see you there!
