A faster paced class that focuses on building strength and flexibility through stretching, breathing, and practicing asana (yoga postures). We will generate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and an emphasis on the power of breath awareness. You will leave this class with an energized body and a peaceful spirit. This class is ideal for individuals who have some yoga experience (either experienced yogis or beginners looking to expand their practice).
