Move Better for Life is a core-based strength series based on the LYT™ method created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, and lead by physical therapist Thalia Wynne* that improves postural imbalances, and establishes optimal movement patterns to boost your energy. Learn the why behind every movement to be your best, and move better for life! Each class will include strength, balance, and flexibility training on and off the floor.

This class is appropriate for individuals of most fitness levels: participants should be able to get up and down as some movement will be on the floor (our instructor will also teach ways to get on and off the floor safely and confidently.)
