National Seat Check Saturday
The Plain Township Fire Department Announces: the National Seat Check Saturday Event to Keep Children Safe While Traveling in Vehicles On National Seat Check Saturday, September 20, 2014, parents and caregivers in New Albany and surrounding areas, can receive free help and techniques on how to properly install and use carseats. The event caps off Child Passenger Safety Week, which runs September 14-20. Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will be on hand to teach parents and caregivers how to identify the right seat for their child?s age and size, as well as how to correctly install and use car seats.
