Nourish Cooking Class: Indian Home Cooking

Join instructor Eileen Pewitt along with guests Akshay Deora and Purnima Dubby for a hands-on multi-cultural cuisine class. This mother-son duo will present vegetarian Indian comfort foods simple enough to do in your own home. The menu will include an appetizer, entree with bread, and a traditional beverage. Participants will go home with a new appreciation for the spices and aromas found in an Indian kitchen.
