Nourish Jr.: Brunch Brunch Baby
It’s not breakfast, it’s not lunch—it’s an experience! After this class, our young chefs can treat their friends and family to a classic, leisurely weekend meal. Students will practice timing and execution as they prepare a full spread of sweet and savory brunch delicacies. On the Menu: Fluffy, dramatic Dutch Baby German pancakes with fresh fruit toppings, made-to-order gourmet omelets, perfectly crisp oven-cooked bacon, and warm fried apples.
