Please join us for this special one-class preview!!! Do you love yoga and want to share your practice with your little one? Join us for Mommy & Me Yoga to experience: gentle yoga postures for mom and child; stretching, breathing and meditation; and a calm, relaxing environment. This class is appropriate for any adult caregiver (not just moms) and children aged 5 or under. When enrolling, please select your CHILD's name for the class.
