Join Nathan Managed in the ancient practice of Tai Chi. Using the Tai Chi principles, you experiment with various postures and body shapes in a effort to find relaxed but structurally sound ways of standing, sitting and moving that use only the muscles needed for the job and allow the rest of the body to relax. You will practice ways of opening up the body, loosening the joints and allowing the body to gently soften.
