Safe Skincare for the Summer
May is "Skin Cancer Awareness Month" so we invite you to join Dr. Susan Massick (Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology with OSU) for a program all about sun-safe practices and skin cancer prevention/awareness. Topics covered will include: - How to read sunscreen labels - Factors when choosing a sunscreen - Preventing skin cancer - Best skin practices - Other summer skin concerns (like lyme disease and poison ivy) Free to attend, but please register ahead of time. Dr. Massick will bring some skincare samples for attendees to take home.
