Semiquincentennial Celebration - Independence Day Parade
The City of New Albany is proud to present the 2026 Semiquicentennial Independence Day Parade, themed "Party Like Its 1776!" From dazzling decorate golf carts in our “Putt Putt Processional” to marching bands, festive costumes, and surprise entertainment, the parade promises nonstop fun for all ages. Leading this year’s celebration as Grand Marshals are Chief of Police Greg Jones and City Manager Joe Stefanov, honored for their outstanding service and dedication to the New Albany community.

Starting Point: Intersection of New Albany-Condit Rd. and Chatham Green Dr. Ending Point: New Albany High School Parking lot, using the driveway off of Fodor Rd. Please note that the starting and ending point are different
