Summer of Zen - UZIT & Acupuncture
Come relax and rejuvenate at this “Summer of Zen” program! This unique practice incorporates the holistic benefits of UZIT (Urban Zen Integrative Therapy): restorative yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and essential oils. Plus, Michelle Sauberzweig will offer calming acupuncture points to promote a deeper state of relaxation and overall balance! This relaxing experience will invite space and clearing within to balance your mind, body and spirit. Open to everyone - no yoga experience necessary.
