The Pizza Project: Crust & Creativity
Ditch the delivery and become a pizza pro! Any night can be pizza night when you know the basics. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll build our own masterpieces from scratch. Students will learn the science and technique behind kneading dough, simmering a savory sauce, and perfectly balancing toppings. On the Menu: Personal pizza masterpieces baked in the oven and fired up on the grill (weather permitting), featuring homemade dough and signature sauce.
