Chair Barre: Balance and Strength Summer #1
Chair Barre: Balance and Strength is a gentle, low-impact fitness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. This class uses small precise movements to tone, lengthen, and strengthen the muscles. Part of the class will be done sitting in a chair, and part will be done standing while using the chair in place of the ballet barre. Throughout the class, you will perform a series of exercises that promote core stability, increase mobility, and enhance coordination. Whether you are looking to maintain fitness, recover from an injury, or simply enjoy a social activity, Barre: Balance and Strength offers an inclusive and supportive space for all.
