Kids in the Kitchen: Eating Clean & Green
Does St. Patrick's Day have you thinking green? From avocado to zucchini, there are lots of delicious green foods to chose from for a strong body and mind! In this class, we'll talk about the benefits of "eating green" as we cook and enjoy broccoli pesto pasta. Then, you'll learn some ways to make healthy substitutions that are nutritious and delicious as we blend up minty shamrock shakes. This class uses all vegan ingredients. Note: Registration closes on Tuesday, March 13th, to ensure enough time to purchase ingredients. Pasta recipe calls for tree nuts; please inform us of any allergy concerns prior to registering so we can determine if we can safely meet your child's dietary needs.
