Our Power Yoga class, led by Lexi Schoessow, will tone, strengthen and purify your body. The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, on breath. This class is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body.
Lexi Schoessow, MSW, RYT-200, is an artist, model, and wellness advocate with a background in mental health, therapy, and holistic wellness. Lexi radiates her enthusiasm for life, nature and humanity through her powerful yoga flow. Lexi has been practicing mindfulness and yoga for over six years and completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Brown Dog Yoga Studio, in West Virginia. Lexi teaches a power vinyasa class that focuses on connecting breath to movement with the intention of building strength both physically and mentally. She aims to challenge and ground students in the present moment, drawing attention to and building a deep connection between the mind and body.
