What does it mean to flourish? Are you getting the most out of your life? Are you using your strengths and living your purpose? Joy Works, LLC is dedicated to enabling individuals to flourish - to live joyful, meaningful and accomplished lives - through bringing the emerging science of positive psychology to their clients. Join Laura Clark and Doug Smith to understand what it means to flourish, why doing so has such an incredibly positive impact on every aspect of our lives and to learn a set of skills that lead to peace with the past, confidence in the future and joy in the present - skills that enable one to flourish.
Pre-work: Attendees need to complete the free VIA Strengths Assessment online (approximately 30 minutes). We will provide you with your results at the start of the workshop.
