Tool for Reducing Stress (Luncheon)
Stress isn't healthy, no matter your age. In this seminar, we'll look at ways to manage stress from two angles: Health & Wealth. In the first part of the program, Lori Bower (Urban Zen instructor), will focus on tips for stress reduction from a HEALTH standpoint. She'll guide participants in meditative breathing and gentle movement exercises to help prevent and reduce stress. In the second part, Chris Lightfoot (Edward Jones) will discuss one method of FINANCIAL stress reduction: preparing your estate plan. It's often a topic people put off or ignore, but developing a sound estate plan will give you piece of mind for yourself, your loved ones, and the legacy you leave. Light lunch will be provided. Please register ahead of time.
