Tools for Reducing Stress
Stress isn't healthy, no matter your age. In this seminar, we'll look at ways to manage stress from two angles: Health & Wealth. In the first part of the program, Kandis Hall (Certified Exercise Physiologist & founder of New Leaf Wellness Retreat), will focus on tips for stress reduction from a HEALTH standpoint. Looking for ways to manage your stress? Good news: virtually any form of exercise can act as a stress reliever. Even if you’re out of shape, you can still make a little exercise go a long way toward stress management. Kandis will help you discover the benefits of investing in exercising and ways to stick to a routine. In the second part, Chris Lightfoot (Edward Jones) will discuss an area of FINANCIAL stress: "What happens after the paychecks stop?". If thinking about retirement brings any feelings of stress or anxiety- this program is perfect for you. Chris will guide attendees through making retirement income last, addressing risks, and staying on track, then answer any questions you have! Snacks will be provided. Please register ahead of time.
