Event Description:

Join us outside for an hour of relaxing and restoring for anyone feeling anxious, stressed, or exhausted. Urban Zen is a blend of gentle movements, restorative yoga poses, breath practices, aromatherapy, and guided meditation leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, and revitalized. Open to everyone, no yoga experience necessary.
Some important notes:  Attendees must bring their own props, which should include a yoga mat and 3+ beach towels/blankets. We will have markers laid out at each person's spot to ensure safe social distancing. Simply place your mat behind the marker.  Attendees need to wear a mask while arriving to class and when leaving.

If you are showing any symptoms of sickness, please stay home.
Classes will be outdoors at Rose Run Park, in the grassy area near Dublin-Granville Rd, just east of the walking bridge. 
Date/Time Information:
This is a 5-week series scheduled for Tuesdays September 8 - October 6 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. If we have to cancel any sessions due to inclement weather, we’ll simply extend the series to the next Tuesday.
