Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative / Teller. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, strong math abilities, and a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our members.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor in all interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service experience is a must.
  • Cash handling experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal communication and math skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
