Kenston Henderson Sr. aka "The Bias Disrupter", "The Game Changer", and "The Winning Conversations Enthusiast" is the founder and CEO of Live With Lyfe, LLC a talent development company. He is an ICN leadership award recipient, TEDx Signature Speaker, certified John Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. With over 18 years of HR experience, Kenston has delivered hundreds of presentations in over 35 different states.
