In this session, participants will explore various techniques for overcoming conflict, bullying and rudeness. Cultural sensitivity and its necessity in the workplace will also be covered in this interactive session.

Kenston Henderson Sr.
This virtual training session will be facilitated by Kenston Henderson Sr. Development Coordinator with Citywide Training & Development (CTD), a division of the City of Columbus Human Resources Department. Kenston’s passion is to ignite, inspire and empower people to not just exist but to live with purpose. Kenston is the Training & Development Coordinator with the City of Columbus, a TEDx Signature speaker, a certified John Maxwell Leadership team member, and a Culture Transformation Champion. He is a motivational speaker, corporate trainer and has given hundreds of presentations and spoken to thousands of people in over 30 states. He has facilitated soft skills workshops, leadership conferences, correctional facilities, conventions, schools, and youth camps.

The New Albany Chamber presents free monthly Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Training sessions throughout 2021. The sessions are free and can be attended as stand-alone events or consecutively. Why this training now? We want to help our member businesses and community create or improve inclusive, respectful workplaces. This ongoing conversation will help us all overcome unconscious bias, embrace diversity, and create a supportive culture in our workplaces.
