The Board of Zoning Appeals hears and decides appeals regarding legislation and administrative determinations related to zoning and land use. Also hears variances from zoning area regulations and general development standards. Subpoenas witnesses, administers oaths, compels discovery as needed.
Meetings are held at Village Hall (99 W. Main Street) the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
