Capitol Steps

The McCoy Center for the Arts (100 W. Dublin-Granville Rd., New Albany) is pleased to host the political satire group the CAPITOL STEPS for one performance only on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 8:00PM. The Capitol Steps are an American political satire group. The group has been performing since 1981, and has released approximately thirty albums consisting primarily of song parodies. Most cast members have worked on Capitol Hill; some for Democrats, some for Republicans, and others for politicians who firmly straddle the fence. The Capitol Steps have performed on PBS, public radio and in various small- and medium-sized venues around the United States. Tickets for CAPITOL STEPS start at $20 and are going fast!
